I very much regret that this trip has been cancelled.
Unfortunately not enough people had registered their interest before the time that I needed to cancel the trip to avoid incurring costs which we would not have been able to cover.
Looking forward to 2024
I am hoping to run two further trip in 2024, possibly one to the National Archives at Kew. This trip is usually popular with researchers and those planning to visit Kew Gardens, so I am hoping this will be able to go ahead.
The second trip will be to a museum or other site of interest to family historians. No destination yet decided - so let me know of your proposals!
Beyond 2024
Those of you who receive our Journal will know that I have said that 2024 will be the last year that I intend to organise trips. As yet, no-one has said they might be interested in taking on this task; without an organiser, there will be no more trips. So - come on, someone, step forward! If I can do it, rest assured it is not too difficult! And, of course, I am happy to support you.
