Refund Policy. The Society's policy on refunds for coach trips is that a refund will only be made when:

  • The Society and/or the coach company is unable, for whatever reason, to run the advertised visit.
  • The person is unable to take part in the visit due entirely to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control e.g., their own indisposition or that of any immediate members of their family through death, sickness, ill-health, hospitalisation, or similar circumstance.
  • In the event that neither of the above circumstances do not apply, a refund will only be considered if the resulting vacant seat or seats can be resold by the Society without any financial loss being incurred by the Society.
