Membership of the Society is open to all persons showing a genuine interest in the support of the Society's objectives. If you require further information please write to the Membership Secretary. Or if you prefer send a sterling cheque, drawn on a UK bank, together with your name and address directly to him quoting this web page. 
Please note, the Membership Secretary will respond only to queries concerning membership and non receipt of journals. Queries outside this may be ignored and should be sent to the research room.

Membership categories are as follows:

1 Individual Person living in the UK
2 Family Limited to persons at one address. Voting rights limited to one vote per family.
3 Overseas . Persons living outside of the UK
4 Institution Organisations who may purchase more than one set of the Society Journals - e.g. Libraries.

Subscriptions - are due on 1 April each year

Membership Class Amount
Individual £12
Family £12 All persons living at the same address as above and receiving one journal.
Overseas £12
Institution £12 plus £4.00 for each additional set of journals required (postage extra)

In any year persons joining the Society from September onwards will be requested to pay a subscription of £18.00. Your membership will span 18 months to 31st March. Such members will receive the appropriate October and January issues of the part year and full journals in the following year.


Whilst the Society is unable to accept payments in foreign currency it is possible to pay subscriptions by credit/debit card through the Federation of Family History Societies web page at Genfair. Alternatively payment can be made either by Sterling Money Order obtained from a local bank or Sterling Cheque drawn on a UK bank. All cheques should be made payable to Wiltshire Family History Society.
