How to Contact another Member

If you think you have a common research interest with one or more of the interests in the Index you should contact the Members' Interests Secretary either by post or e-mail to obtain details of the member(s) who submitted the interest(s). You do not have to be a member of the Society to do this.
No more than three Membership numbers should be submitted for any one enquiry. If more are submitted the Members' Interest Secretary reserves the right to ignore the remainder. Repeat enquiries from the same person or email address will only be accepted if it is considered that the enquiries appear genuine. For the initial enquiry you are not required to explain why you wish to contact the member(s). For repeat enquiries you should explain why you need to contact more than three members.
