The late Jean Cole, a former member of our Society, transcribed a considerable amount of information. Some of this has been collated and arranged by Rosemary Church in 2008 and has been made freely available here, either within these pages or as a download pdf file.

The complete document is 116 pages long, far too long for a single online page. For viewing and enabling online text searches the document has been split into logical sections between seven pages:
